How to make a meme coin in five steps
- Choose a launchpad and a chain. The cost table shows what each launchpad charges to create a coin.
- Get a wallet for that chain. Fund it with enough of the chain's coin to pay network fees.
- Enter the coin details. Every launchpad below asks for a name and a ticker. Most also take an image or logo, a description and social links.
- Choose the launch settings. Examples are the pair, a first buy, the fee mode or who receives creator rewards. On several launchpads you cannot change these settings later.
- Sign the transaction. The coin starts to trade on a bonding curve or in a pool, depending on the launchpad.

What you pay to launch a memecoin
A launch can cost money at three points. This guide compares the platform part of each one.
- Creation fee. What the launchpad charges to create the token. Some charge nothing.
- Network fee. What the chain charges to run the transactions. You pay it on every launchpad.
- Fee at graduation. A one-time fee when the token moves from its bonding curve to a DEX pool. See the graduation guide.
Trading fees are a separate cost. They apply to every buy and sell after launch, including the creator's own. The curve fee table compares them.

What happens after you create a meme coin
The bonding curve
On most launchpads in this guide, a new coin trades on a bonding curve. The curve is a contract that sells the coin and sets the price from the amount already sold. On pump.fun, every buy and sell on the curve pays “1.25% per trade”. The bonding curve guide compares the curve fee and the end point of each launchpad.
Graduation
A coin graduates when its curve is complete. On pump.fun that happens “when all 793.1 million curve tokens are sold”, and the liquidity moves to a PumpSwap pool, with a one-time fee of 0.015 SOL. The graduation guide lists the point and the destination for each launchpad, and the graduating list shows coins close to the end of their curve.
Creator rewards
Many launchpads pay the creator a share of each trade. pump.fun pays “0.30% on the curve”, and its create page lets the creator send this reward to holders instead. The creator fee guide compares the default share on each launchpad.

Three charge a small fixed fee: Flap.sh ("a deploy cost of about 0.001 BNB"), LetsCash ("About one dollar, paid in ETH") and Pons ("V1: 0.0005 ETH"). On Bags the fee depends on the chain: "no Bags fee for API launches since September 2025, only transaction costs. Robinhood Chain: 0.02 ETH by default".
LetsBONK.fun and Raydium LaunchLab publish no creation fee. LetsBONK.fun: "Not published. LetsBONK has no public fee page; the launch quote shows network and account costs." Raydium LaunchLab: "Not published as a Raydium fee. The guide says to hold about 0.1 to 0.5 SOL for creation and vault rent."
A launch can cost more later. pump.fun charges 0.015 SOL when a token graduates. No other launchpad here publishes a fee at graduation.
By chain: on BSC, four.meme has no platform fee and Flap.sh has a fixed fee; on Robinhood Chain, NOXA Fun has no platform fee, Bags has a fee that depends on the chain, LetsCash has a fixed fee and Pons has a fixed fee; on Solana, pump.fun has no platform fee, Bags has a fee that depends on the chain, LetsBONK.fun has no published fee and Raydium LaunchLab has no published fee.
