pump.fun rug checker

Paste a pump.fun token mint address. The checker reads the token's launch from Solana and shows five signals: how much the creator bought, which wallets bought in the same block, how much was bought in the first 4 seconds, how the token graduated, and how much of its launch buy the creator still holds.

Reads finalized public Solana data. No wallet, no sign-in.

What the checker looks at

  • Creator buy at launch. The creator can buy tokens in the create transaction itself, before anyone else can trade. A buy of 20% or more of the supply is a red flag. 5% to 20% is marked "watch". When the creator wallet pays almost no SOL for a large buy, another wallet paid in the same transaction.
  • Bundle in the create block. A bundle is a group of wallets that buy in the same Solana block as the create transaction. Normal buyers cannot see a token before it exists, so same-block buys are almost always planned by the creator or a launch bot. The checker flags a bundle when other wallets bought 5% or more. It is a red flag when the creator and the bundle together hold 25% or more.
  • Share bought in the first 10 blocks. Ten blocks are about 4 seconds. The checker adds up every buy in the create block and the next 10 blocks. 50% or more is a red flag, and 20% or more is "watch". Early wallets that hold much of the supply can sell into later buyers.
  • How the token graduated. A pump.fun token graduates when its bonding curve is full and the token moves to the PumpSwap pool. A token that graduates in the block it was created, or within 2 blocks, never traded on the curve with outside buyers. The most common case: the creator buys 79.31% of the supply for about 86 SOL in the create transaction, which fills the curve at once.
  • Creator wallet now. The checker reads the creator's token account today and compares it with the launch buy. 10% or less left is a red flag. It also counts the creator's transactions on the token in the first hour. 100 or more usually means a trading bot.

  • Creator-funded instant graduation. The creator bought 79.31% for 86.08 SOL in the create transaction, and the token migrated in the same block. The creator made 265 token transactions in the first hour and holds 0% today. Check XuA9…pump
  • Bundle graduation. 6 wallets other than the creator bought 79.59% in the create block, and the token migrated in that block. The creator bought 0.16% and holds 0% today. Check BRQv…pump
  • Graduation after trading on the curve. The creator bought 0.35% and sold it in the first hour. No bundle. The curve filled after about 20 minutes and 1,117 curve transactions. It is a Mayhem mode token. Check 274t…pump

How the check works

Every pump.fun token has a bonding curve account at an address that is derived from its mint. The checker reads that account to get the creator and to see if the curve is complete. It then reads the curve's transactions from the oldest one. The oldest one is the create transaction.

For each early transaction, the checker compares token balances before and after. A wallet whose balance goes up bought tokens. This works for every buy route, including trading bots and routers. The block of the create transaction gives the bundle. The next 10 blocks give the early share. The migration transaction gives the graduation time.

Last, the checker reads the creator's token account: its transactions in the first hour and its balance today. All reads use finalized data from the public Solana RPC, so a check takes 10 to 40 seconds.

What it cannot see

  • The checker reads launch data. It cannot see who controls a wallet, so a creator who spreads tokens over many wallets before launch can look clean.
  • Tokens that the creator moved to other wallets count as moved, not as sold.
  • Curves with more than 8,000 transactions are not read from the start in the browser.
  • Mayhem mode tokens give an agent wallet a free allocation at creation. The checker reports it and does not count it as a buy.
  • Nothing in the result is investment advice. A token with no red flags can still lose its value.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check if a pump.fun token is a rug?

Paste the token's mint address into the checker. It shows the creator buy, bundle wallets in the create block, the share bought in the first 4 seconds, how the token graduated and how much the creator still holds. Two or more red flags mean that insiders bought most of the early supply.

What is a bundle on pump.fun?

A bundle is a set of wallets that buy a token in the same Solana block as its create transaction. Outside buyers cannot do that, because the token does not exist until that block. Bundles are usually set up by the creator to take a large share of the supply cheaply.

Why is a graduation in the same block a red flag?

If the bonding curve is full in the block where the token was created, the creator or a bundle bought the whole curve. No outside buyer traded on the curve. The graduation then says nothing about real demand.

Where do I find the mint address?

On pump.fun the mint address is in the token page URL and under the token name. Most pump.fun mint addresses end in the letters pump. Solscan and DexScreener also show it.

Does the checker need my wallet?

No. The checker never asks for a wallet, a signature or a sign-in. It reads public data from the Solana RPC. We do not store the addresses that you check.

Which tokens does it work for?

Tokens launched on pump.fun, including Mayhem mode tokens. Tokens from other launchpads have no pump.fun bonding curve, and the checker says so.
