MemeFees counts Pons launches from its factory contract events.
Pons V1 launches directly into a locked pool; its default graduation milestone is 4.2 ETH and does not move liquidity. V2 launches on a bonding curve and graduates into a locked Uniswap v4 pool. Its target and payouts use the selected pairing asset. Current V2 documentation says public launches are restricted to approved addresses while security reviews are in progress.
