Frequently asked questions

How does MemeFees count launches?

Every five minutes the engine reads each launchpad's own feed (pump.fun API, Raydium LaunchLab, four.meme, Clanker, Zora, Virtuals, Jupiter for tagged Solana pads) and, for EVM launchpads, the factory contract's launch events by block cursor. A token counts once, in the five-minute bucket of its creation time (UTC). Daily figures are the sum of those buckets.

What does a plus sign after a number mean?

The source is sampled, a page filled up, or part of the collection window is missing. That day's count is stored as incomplete and shown as a floor with a plus sign. It is never inflated to compensate.

Why do some launchpads start on 2026-09-03 while Pons goes back to August?

Pons, Pools and LetsCash were counted exactly from factory events by the earlier hourly snapshot pipeline since 2026-08-16, and those counts were imported. Feed-based counting for every other launchpad started when the five-minute engine went live on 2026-09-03.

Which launchpads are exact and which are sampled?

EVM pads (Pons, Pools, LetsCash, NOXA, Flap.sh) are exact: the count is the number of launch events on-chain. pump.fun and Bags feed counts are lower bounds that an independent count confirms. Other feed-based pads are samples: the table marks them "sample", with no number, and they stay out of the totals, the chart and the ranking. Factory counts cover the configured contracts; incomplete windows remain flagged.

Can I download the series?

Yes. /api/v1/launches-daily returns JSON, add format=csv for CSV, days=1..730 and pad=<slug> to filter. Free under CC BY 4.0 with a link to memefees.com.
