A multi-chain memecoin web terminal with a Telegram sign-in. On 1 October 2026, the BullX Neo app showed that trading is disabled and that withdrawals still work.

- **How it works:** BullX Neo is the second version of the BullX app. BullX announced it in September 2024 as a rebuild of the first app at bullx.io. You sign in with Telegram. The app makes trading wallets for you and shows each private key one time, so you can import it into Phantom or Solflare. BullX says that it signs transactions in secure enclaves. The Neo docs describe one-click trading, limit orders, auto-sell, wallet tracking and a multi-chart view. On 1 October 2026, a banner in the app said that trading on this version is disabled and that withdraw and wallet functions still work.

- **Data note:** DefiLlama files BullX under Telegram Bot and tracks its Solana fees only. The series starts in April 2024 and falls to near zero after 1 June 2026. BullX has not said on its site or X account when or why trading stopped.
