# BullX Neo review

Canonical page: https://memefees.com/reviews/bullx

Editorial review date: 2026-10-01. This is not a live-data timestamp.

A multi-chain memecoin web terminal with a Telegram sign-in. We checked its status, safety record and fees against BullX's own app, docs, terms and X account.

### Verdict

On 1 October 2026, the BullX Neo app at neo.bullx.io showed a banner: trading on this version is disabled, and withdraw and wallet functions still work. You can take funds out, but you cannot trade. When trading was open, BullX charged a 1% fee on every Solana buy and sell, per its docs.

We do not recommend BullX for new trades. BullX has given no public reason for the stop, its last post on X is from 18 April 2025, and its official sources name no team. If you still have funds in a BullX wallet, withdraw them or import the private key into Phantom or Solflare.

### Pros

- Withdraw and wallet functions still work, per the banner in the app on 1 October 2026
- Each trading wallet comes with a private key that you can import into Phantom or Solflare
- The fee docs list each cost: the 1% platform fee, pool fees, priority fees and bribes
- One Telegram sign-in covered Solana, EVM chains and Tron, per the Neo docs

### Cons

- Trading in the Neo app is disabled, and BullX has published no reason or date for the stop
- The X account has posted nothing since 18 April 2025
- BullX signs transactions for you in its own secure enclaves, so your trading keys are not only in your hands
- The official site, docs and terms name no founder or team member
- The docs give a fee for Solana only, not for the EVM chains or Tron

### Best for

- Existing BullX users who need to withdraw funds or move a wallet to Phantom or Solflare
- Readers who want to know what happened to BullX before they pick another terminal

### Skip it if

- You want to trade now. Trading in the BullX Neo app was disabled when we checked on 1 October 2026
- You live in the United States or Panama. The BullX terms exclude residents of both countries
- You want a platform whose team and company details are public

### What is BullX Neo?

BullX is a web trading terminal for memecoins. You sign in with Telegram, and the app makes trading wallets for you. BullX Neo is the second version of the app. BullX announced it on 11 September 2024 as a rebuild of the first app, with multi-wallet trading, multi-chart views and more order types.

The first app lives at bullx.io and Neo lives at neo.bullx.io. On 1 October 2026, bullx.io sent visitors to its wallet manager sign-in page. The Neo docs describe one-click trading, limit orders, auto-sell rules, wallet tracking and a token discovery view called Neo Vision.

The Neo docs list deposits in SOL, ETH and TRX. One ETH address works on Ethereum, Base, Blast and Arbitrum. The BullX X profile also names BSC. DefiLlama files BullX as a Telegram bot and tracks its Solana fees only.

### Is BullX Neo still working?

Only for withdrawals. On 1 October 2026, the Neo app showed a banner at the top of the page. The banner said that trading on this version of the app is disabled, and that withdraw and wallet functions are accessible as usual.

BullX has not said when or why trading stopped. We found no notice on its site, in its docs or on its X account. The fee data gives a date. In DefiLlama's BullX series, daily fees fall to near zero after 1 June 2026. The live fee figures for BullX are on its MemeFees profile.

The banner refers to this version of the app. The first app at bullx.io now opens on its wallet manager sign-in page. In April 2025, BullX promised a large app update on X, but it has announced no new version since then.

### Is BullX safe?

BullX is a real platform with a long fee history on DefiLlama, but we cannot call it safe in October 2026. Trading is disabled, the team is not public and the company has been silent on X since April 2025. Use it only to take your funds out.

Custody: the BullX terms say that BullX does not store seed phrases and does not hold your tokens. The Neo docs show each private key one time and tell you to import it into Phantom or Solflare. In December 2024, BullX said on X that it signs transactions in code-signed secure enclaves. BullX signs for you, so the keys are not only in your hands while funds stay in a BullX wallet.

Team: the terms call the company BullX, a software development company, and one clause names BullX Labs, Inc. We found no founder or team name in any official BullX source. On 18 April 2025, BullX answered claims about the project on X. It said that its leaders had kept their Telegram accounts inactive since December 2024 for security, and it promised a large app update.

Incidents: in December 2024, two versions of the @solana/web3.js library carried code that stole private keys. BullX said on X that it was not affected. We found no report of a BullX hack in its own channels. We did not test a withdrawal, so we cannot confirm how long one takes today.

Access: the terms bar residents of the United States and Panama. The terms also call the service a beta and let BullX suspend access at any time for any reason.

### BullX fees

The Neo docs set the BullX fee at 1% of the trade amount on every buy and sell, collected in SOL. On a 5 SOL buy, BullX takes 0.05 SOL and 4.95 SOL goes into the token. The pool also charges its own fee. The docs give 1% for Pump.fun, 0.25% for most Pump.fun tokens that moved to Raydium, and up to 5% for other pools.

Priority fees and bribes are extra. Both default to 0.01 SOL, and MEV-only mode adds 0.002 SOL to the bribe. The docs give no fee for trades on the EVM chains or Tron. The fee table on this page lists each cost from the docs.

### BullX vs Axiom, GMGN, Photon and Trojan

All five platforms list a 1% base fee per trade in their own docs. BullX is the only one of the five with trading disabled. Axiom lowers its rate with volume cashback down to 0.75%, and Trojan pays SOL cashback that rises with its Arena rank.

GMGN pairs a web terminal with Telegram bots and covers Ethereum, Base and BSC as well as Solana. Photon is a Solana web terminal from Tiny Astro. Trojan runs a Solana Telegram bot and a web terminal. The comparison table below shows each fee rule next to the fees that DefiLlama reports for the last 30 days.

### How to withdraw from BullX

Sign in at neo.bullx.io with Telegram and open the wallet manager. Add a withdraw wallet, which is an address in a wallet that you control. If you set up 2FA, BullX asks for your code at this step. The app says that a new withdraw wallet takes 3 hours to verify. After that, send the funds from each BullX wallet to the withdraw wallet.

You can also skip the app. If you saved the private key when BullX showed it, import the key into Phantom or Solflare and move the funds from there. BullX shows each key one time and cannot recover it for you, per its docs.

### Is there a BullX Neo access code?

No access code is needed. The Neo sign-in page uses a Telegram login, and the BullX site, docs and X account list no public access code. Pages that sell or share BullX access codes are not BullX sources. MemeFees has no BullX referral code, so the link on this page is a plain link to the BullX site.

### BullX fee table

| Cost | Amount | Note |
| --- | --- | --- |
| BullX platform fee | 1% of the trade amount | On every Solana buy and sell, collected in SOL. The docs give no rate for other chains. |
| Pool fee, Pump.fun | 1% | Charged by Pump.fun, not by BullX. |
| Pool fee, migrated Raydium pools | 0.25% (typical) | Varies by pool. |
| Pool fee, other pools | Up to 5% | The docs give a range of 0.15% to 5% across pools. |
| Priority fee | 0.01 SOL by default | Paid to validators. You can set it. |
| Bribe | 0.01 SOL by default | Paid for faster landing. You can set it. |
| MEV-only mode | +0.002 SOL | Added to the bribe when MEV-only mode is on. |

Source: BullX Neo docs, fees and gas page, checked 1 October 2026. Trading in the app was disabled on that date, so these terms apply only if BullX opens trading again.
