Editorial review date: 2026-10-01. This is not a live-data timestamp.

A Robinhood Chain launchpad with immediate pool trading in V1 and a curve-to-pool model in V2.

- **Category:** Launchpad

- **Chain scope:** Robinhood Chain

- **Website:** https://www.ponsfamily.com/launchpad

- **Fees:** V1: 1% pool fee; current-factory tokens split it 70% creator / 30% protocol, while legacy tokens retain 90% / 10%. V2: token-specific base fee plus any creator tax; check both in the trade quote.

- **Coverage:** Profile and reported platform metrics

- **Live since:** 2026

- **How it works:** Pons V1 launches directly into a locked pool; its default graduation milestone is 4.2 ETH and does not move liquidity. V2 launches on a bonding curve and graduates into a locked Uniswap v4 pool. Its target and payouts use the selected pairing asset. Current V2 documentation says public launches are restricted to approved addresses while security reviews are in progress.

- **Launch cost:** V1: 0.0005 ETH. V2: check the current factory launch fee and eligibility.

- **Graduation:** V1: default 4.2 ETH milestone; trading stays in the same pool. V2: the curve sells its allocation, then liquidity moves into a locked Uniswap v4 pool under that launch’s configured terms.

- **Creator rewards:** V1: current-factory creators receive 70% of pool fees; legacy tokens retain 90%. V2: creators receive their configured share and creator tax in the pairing asset; optional buybacks affect the distribution.

- **Data note:** Fees combine the DefiLlama Pons V1 and V2 adapters. Volume covers V2 launch-curve swaps only, excluding V1 and external Uniswap v4 swaps. Adapter history and current product documentation can describe different deployment generations.

### Fee table

| Item | Current rule | Status | Source | Checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creation fee | V1: 0.0005 ETH. V2: a launch fee is sent with the call; the docs give no amount. | sourced | [Pons V1 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/) | 2026-09-25 |
| Trading fee on the launch pool or curve | V1 has no curve: every trade pays the 1% pool fee. V2: a standard fee set per launch plus any creator tax. The docs give no standard rate. | sourced | [Pons V2 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/v2) | 2026-09-25 |
| Trading fee after graduation | V1: the same 1% pool, nothing moves. V2: the same rate as on the curve, charged by the hook; the Uniswap pool adds no fee of its own. | sourced | [Pons V2 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/v2) | 2026-09-25 |
| Creator share | V1: 70% of the pool fee for the current factory, 90% for legacy tokens. V2: what is left after the Pons share and any buyback, plus the full creator tax. | sourced | [Pons V1 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/) | 2026-09-25 |
| Platform share | V1: 30% of the pool fee, or 10% for legacy tokens. 80% of protocol fees fund a PONS buyback. V2: Pons takes its share first; the rate is not published. | sourced | [Pons V1 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/) | 2026-09-25 |
| Graduation threshold and destination | V1: a milestone at 4.2 ETH of WETH in the pool by default; nothing migrates. V2: when the curve sells out, liquidity moves to a locked Uniswap v4 pool. | sourced | [Pons V1 docs](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/) | 2026-09-25 |

### How it works

1. **V1: token and pool in one transaction.** A V1 launch mints 1 billion tokens and opens a WETH pool with a 1% fee in the same transaction. The liquidity is locked at once. There is no bonding curve. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/)
2. **V1: two protected blocks.** On the launch block only the creator's first buy can run. In the next block each wallet can hold at most 5% of supply and buy at most 5.5%. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/)
3. **V1: graduation is only a label.** A V1 token graduates when the WETH in its pool reaches 4.2 ETH by default. Trading stays in the same pool, and graduation says nothing about quality or future liquidity. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/)
4. **V2: curve first, then Uniswap v4.** A V2 token trades on a curve priced in its pairing asset. The buy that completes the curve also creates a full-range Uniswap v4 pool, and the position is locked for good. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/v2)
5. **V2: payouts and buybacks.** Fees collect in an escrow and are paid in the pairing asset, never in the launch token. Tokens bought back are not burned; they vest over five years, split between the creator and Pons. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/v2)
6. **V2 access is limited.** The V2 docs say public launches are closed and only approved addresses can create tokens, while no audit has closed yet. [Source](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/v2)

### Fee and rule changes

- **2026-07-13:** The legacy V1 factory began at block 8,600,612 with a 90% creator and 10% protocol split of the pool fee. [Pons V1 docs (block times from Robinhood Chain RPC)](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/)
- **2026-07-13:** The current V1 factory began at block 8,991,118 with a 70% creator and 30% protocol split. Earlier tokens keep 90/10. [Pons V1 docs (block times from Robinhood Chain RPC)](https://docs.ponsfamily.com/)
